This Posting Policy applies to all persons posting listings on UsedGunSale via the website located at www.usedgunsale.com.au. Listings that fall outside the posting rules may be removed from the site.

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to the site and any consequences that may result from your listing. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our posting rules. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently or refuse a user's registration.

• Posting Rules
  • It is the responsibility of the user before listing an item on UsedGunSale to ensure that content adheres to the UsedGunSale posting policies as well as Australian applicable laws. As a condition of your use of UsedGunSale you agree that you will not violate any laws.
  • Items listed for sale must not be duplicated
  • Listings must be made in English
  • Listings must not contain external links to other websites
  • Listing content must not contain inappropriate language
  • Listing photographs must be appropriate and not contain images of people or animals
• What happens if your ad has been reported?
  

  When this happens your ad may be temporarily suspended until we review it. If we conclude that the listing hasn't broken any of the Posting Policy or Terms and Conditions, we will activate the ad again promptly. Listings found to be in breach will be removed.
